Sales Manager
(Solar Division)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities for residential, commercial, industrial, and large solar projects
- Handle client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
- Develop sales strategies and expand market presence
- Coordinate with technical and project execution teams
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (solar / power / infrastructure sector preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
Project Engineer
(Solar Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of medium and large solar projects
- Managing site activities, vendors, contractors, and project schedules
- Coordination with clients, EPC teams, and internal departments
- Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or related discipline
Experience:
- Experience in handling large-scale solar projects
- Strong knowledge of solar plant design, execution, and commissioning
- Ability to independently manage projects from start to completion
Technician / Electrician
(Solar Installation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems
- Cable laying, earthing, testing, and commissioning work
- Troubleshooting and on-site technical support
Preferred Qualification:
- ITI (Electrician or relevant trade):
Experience:
- Practical experience in solar installation or electrical works
- Ability to work at project sites and follow safety norms
